Collection of information from you will occur when you contact us to request that we provide a product or service and when you make an enquiry or make a claim.   • other insurers (including reinsurers)

  • government, law enforcement agencies (for investigative purposes), regulatory bodies under a legal/or regulatory obligation and the courts
  • information technology providers (technology outsourcing)
  • third party claims administrators

Provident works closely with our business partners to maintain the security and integrity of all information held and treats the maintenance and client confidentiality with utmost importance. We take reasonable technical and organisational precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of your personal information.


Provident stores all personal information on its secure servers.

You have the right to request access to, and correction of, the personal information we hold about you.
